Job Description: Piping Engineering / Stress Analysis

  • Estimation of MEP/Piping projects
  • Closely associated with Compliance, Quality and Audit Control and process implementation for all projects and recommendations.
  • Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems.
  • Derive productivity gains through creating and re-engineering processes.
  • Preparation and review of detailed plans and specifications for piping
  • Preparation and submittal of shop drawings and participate actively in the design and estimation of projects.
  • Interpretation of As-Built Drawings and Process Drawings
  • Piping Engineering with ASME/API codes
  • Support structural calculations 
  • Piping Isometric preparation and spool drawing preparation
  • Static Analysis of MEP/Process/Offshore piping using CAESAR II
  • Surge analysis, Pump Head calculations, Static Pressure Calculations
  • Detailing and Drafting     
  • Construction Documentation & Linking and Coordination
  • Working with Architects/Engineers and onsite co-ordination
  • Derive productivity gains through creating and re-engineering processes, seat utilization.
  • Work includes setting team goals and assessing the team’s performance.
  • Presentation skills and training implementation 
  • Excellent knowledge in documentation 

Major Tools Used: AutoCAD & CAESAR II

For enrolling to the On Job Training(OJT),candidate have to undergo a preliminary  interview. Once the candidate is selected, He will be enrolled for the OJT Programme for 3 months. Total fees for the OJT Programme will be Rupees 45,000.00 Only(Onetime Payment).The candidate will be awarded with certificates and Job confirmation from the parental Company.This Opportunity is very limited and ends by July 31st  2019. 

  

Pre- Requisites 

  • Candidate should have a minimum consolidated mark of  60 % in Mechanical/Automobile/Civil Engineering
  • Candidate should have  Laptop( Minimum 4 GB Ram) for the OJT Programme
  • Candidate can be fresher and should have  good Basic Engineering background
